The opening of SEI Restaurant and Lounge has been eagerly anticipated throughout Penn Quarter. Late last year, when paper came down from the windows, passersby were given a glimpse inside at its ultra chic layout. They’ve been open for dinner for the last couple weeks, but just recently began serving lunch. So, last week I broke away from a busy work schedule to see if SEI’s menu is as delicious as its décor.
