I had the chance to meet Rock while dinning at Ben's Next Door last summer. While we were chomping away on a VERY amazing brunch consisting of chicken and waffles, and shrimp and grits, the busy Chef was nice enough to come out and say hello. If his menu at Ben's Next Door is any indication, this demo should be worth every penny!
