International artist DJ Neekola teams with Peacock Cafe for a regular Thursday night party, with a kickoff this Saturday!

The owners of Peacock Café, brothers Shahab Farivar and Executive Chef Maziar Farivar, know just how to keep their customers coming back. For nearly 20 years, their creative Mediterranean fare has made Peacock Café a true Georgetown hot spot. As if locals need another reason to stop by, the duo has brought on International DJ, Neekola for weekly performances. DJ Neekola has performed worldwide including Spain, Italy and Peru and will now be right here in the District every Thursday night starting September 23rd.
As one of DC’s most recognizable DJs, DJ Neekola adds just the right touch to Peacock Cafe's friendly and welcoming atmosphere. “DJing has given me the ability to share my passion with people all over the world, whether we speak the same language or not, and it has helped me to inspire others as music has inspired me throughout my life,” say the New York native known for her heart pounding beats and eye catching fashion.

To kickoff DJ Neekola's regular gig on Thursdays, Peacock Cafe owners and staff are hosting a special sneak preview this Saturday night, Sept. 18, from 8:30-11:30pm.
