Capital City Ball

The Capital City Ball is a premier social event held at one of Washington’s most exclusive and elegant locations. The Ball draws a diverse and interesting group of people from different social networks and a wide range of ages. The 2008 Ball will be held Saturday, November 22nd at the historic Washington Club.

Live music will be provided by Bittersweet, a high-energy dance band that performs regularly at exclusive events throughout the Washington area. Additional entertainment and activities include a silent auction, a classical violinist, and a Vegas-style casino with Blackjack, Roulette, Texas Hold ‘em poker.

Proceeds will be donated to DC-based Polaris Project to help them combat human trafficking and modern-day slavery. Polaris Project has received numerous awards and honors including: the Justice for Victims of Crime Award, the DO Something BRICK award, and the Washington Area Women’s Foundation Leadership Award.
